Lovely flat once you get inside!

Pros: The flat itself was lovely. Big living/kitchen area. Bed was comfortable and nice bathroom. All very clean. Lady who met me was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The arrival process was not ideal. No response to my messages until the morning of arrival. Phone number kept ringing off. On arrival at address not clear what to do but staff member appeared very quickly and let me in as they knew my arrival time. Have to download an app to unlock the door. 4g a bit hit and miss so somerimes it took a while to connect and unlock which is quite disconcerting especially as a solo traveller.Instructions supposed to be emailed in advance but never received by me.

Quick, well priced

Pros: Very spacious, good location to get everywhere, very easy to get in and out of

Cons: There was a little stain on bed sheets which didn’t fill me with confidence that they were fresh, there wasn’t another duvet for the sofa bed

Short but cozy and sweet

Pros: The location was ideal for being in city centre Liverpool and for the waterfront. The room was spacious and had all the basics needed for a stay.

Cons: Ease of getting into the property to begin with. I am not sure if it is a booking.com issue or what some hosts do, but there is a drowning of information, which means you can miss something from a message sent via the site such as how to get into your location or who to contact, as it is offering you extras for your stay like car hire or places to visit.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Location was very good. Easy for Tate, Museum, Liver building and shops. NCP car park just around corner at £20 for 25 hours.

Cons: Mattresses were a bit too soft. No kettle.

Excellent stay with an excellent host

Pros: I am leaving this review on behalf of my grandparents who stayed here for a concert in Liverpool on 19.06.25. I booked on behalf of them and I was so impressed with the communication I received from host, Danny. He gave me regular updates before check in and kept me updated on the progress of the stay, which felt really personal and I felt comforted knowing my grandparents were staying in a lovely place. My grandparents returned home today and were so impressed by this apartment. It was clean, trendy and very good value for money and they both said how friendly and accommodating Danny was. He is an asset to the company and they are looking forward to booking their next visit. Thank you so much!

Easy stop over for business.. 👊

Pros: Twas a bit confusing to begin with for the check in.. but.. Just go through the restaurant on the corner if its out of hours..Let me tell you though It was brilliant for the price and location.. its about 100 yards from Castle street .. town hall as a guide... everything needed ie food and shops within super easy access.. Staff for check in were the best I've met in quite some time.. Nice quiet spot.. guys I wish you all the best.. to the lad who helped out getting our luggage up into the room and staying out of his working hours.. mate I owe you a pint... great stay.. cheers..
