Pros: This house is like a luxury and we enjoy staying in this place, which is cosy too

Pros: Good central location location. Spacious. Plenty of glasses.

Cons: There was no hot water in the morning. The corridor stair wells were a massive trip hazard. 2 stairs where carpet was flapping over and really need redoing. Sticky tapes down but all fallen away.

A night away with friends.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable beds with nice white linen. Easy to book, we’re repeat bookers.

Cons: Toilet seats are often loose. Towels are small. No hand soap in both bathrooms.

Brilliant apartment would highly recommend for large groups

Pros: Fabulous place very spacious. We stayed in apartment 3. The apartment was very clean. We accidentally set the smoke alarm off with the hairdryer staff came straight away to sort. Would definitely stay again. Deposit refunded the same day :)

Pros: Location was superb, appartment was well furnished and all furnishings and facilities were first class

Great place for a group visiting Liverpool.

Pros: The size of the rooms and number of beds. Very clean and plenty of equipment for everyone .

Cons: Some maintenance issues but they did not spoil our stay. Due to the type of property it is (large group facility) these were not all surprising. Staff responded quickly by e mail to our comments.

Central location, big apartment, clean. Good value for money

Pros: Good value for money Good location 1 minute away from Albert Docks, and town centre. Large apartment. Clean

Cons: Single glaze window in one of the bedrooms and it was quite loud outside
