NEW 4 Bed house close to train station and town

Lovely house, brilliant location.

Pros: Lovely homely property with everything we needed. Location was brilliant and the owner very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to stay again.

Cons: Small issue with boiler losing pressure however; this was rectified quickly so no concerns at all.

Great lovely home

Pros: Just got back from a 4-night stay. I cannot fault one thing; the home was spotless. No issue with parking, and the host was great. The kids loved it! We will definitely be looking at staying again. Thank you.

Pros: Everything was great, good location lovely clean house and very comfortable

Pros: Lovely house, good location opposite sainsbury so didnt have to go far for essentials like tea, coffee, sugar & milk.

Cons: Just a few niggles that need sorting by the owner, bath panel broken, no door shelf for milk etc, that was sat broken on top of the fridge, but nothing that couldn't be fixed easily.

Pros: Stunning house, very clean. Great location, literally five minutes away from the piers. Lots of parking and so close to everything, there's a big Sainsbury's across the road from the property. Bedrooms were all very comfortable

A fab stay in Blackpool for the Rebellion punk festival!

Pros: Everything as described. Lovely place. 5 minute walk to winter gardens. Sainsbury’s across the road. 5 minute walk from train station. Perfect! Simon was really friendly and communicative. Also gave us a parking permit though we didn’t need as we got the train. If staying in Blackpool as a group I would definitely recommend 👌🏻

Brilliant little short stay

Pros: Very nice and fresh inside, beds were fresh made and clean towels provided, house is a brilliant size and can clearly be seen to have had work done recently to get it to to the level of decoration, bathroom is great and the deep bath with a great shower. Parking on the road outside was very useful with the parking pass provided. Easy to communicate with the owner clear instructions for the key and it location.

Cons: Small things lack of instructions for the heating it's got lovely high ceilings but the evenings got cold first night didn't know how to turn heating on worked it out for 2nd night. There is some drainage work still to be worked out for the bathroom the bath was great but on emptied it would over fill the hopper out side and splashed water over the rear space and wall. Simple fix. Few finish touches to the kitchen and lack of sharp knifes for cooking (unless i just didnt find them) but nothing that stopped a good weekend.

Great stay

Pros: The apartment was clean well equipped and well decorated kids thought it was nicest place they stayed also close to everything 2 of beds were only slightly uncomfortable but other 3 were great had a good night's sleep

Great value for money.

Pros: Great proximity to the town and the train station, although we drove. We had 2 cars so we needed to park one car in the local car park. The rates for the car park are very reasonable. There was 7 of us staying in the property which made it great value for money.

Cons: I think this is quite a new property for letting out and there is still a few bits which need finishing off properly. That said I think it will great when all the snagging is completed.

Pros: Spotlessly clean all facilities that we needed. we booked the night before after staying in a disgusting place, and thankfully this house lived up to our expectations If you want a family break in blackpool I would highly recommend
