Pros: great house much bigger than it looks in the pictures would 💯 recommend

Perfect base for big groups, will definitely use them again in the future!

Pros: The house was perfect, very spacious and had everything we could need/want for our long weekend stay. We had an issue with the kettle and straight away a new one was dropped off. Found it very easy to get in touch with Sasco for anything we needed (late checkout). The bath is huge and really deep which we loved and the shower was a brilliant size and very powerful! We also loved the use of washing machine and tumble dryer it meant we didn’t bring any dirty washing home with us!

Cons: The only complaint we have that isn’t even really a complaint maybe just an observation is the single beds and bunk beds in the double room are very very squeaky, one little movement is all it takes and the noise is quite loud. Other than that everything else was great!

Pros: Plenty of room even though there was a large group we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The rooms were all spacious enough and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. Whilst the surrounding area seemed a little run down we were only 5-10mins walk from the Winter Gardens and would recommend the Rhythm and Brew Room pub to go for an enjoyable pint.

Cons: Overall it could do with a bit of TLC. A fresh lick of paint on the walls of most rooms and a thorough deep clean would breathe new life into it. A few little fixes required (panel on bath, seal around shower door, loose rail on bunk bed) as well.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay would definitely book again

Pros: Well equipped with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean well furnished and comfortable beds

Cons: Could have done with a couple more toilet rolls and a cloth for wiping down work surfaces

Pros: Location was great to all the attractions near to the tower. Rooms were all big and spacious and cleaned well.

Cons: The front garden required sweeping when we arrived. There was rubbish and dog poo just as we walked in.

Great and we have a comfortable stay

Pros: The house is big and can accommodate big groups or family . Rooms are spacious .

Cons: The only downside is only one bathroom for the entire 5 bed room house although there is a toilet downstairs.

Cons: The matterass I slept in needs replacing. they was only 1 key between all of us.

Affordable, modern holiday home in the heart of Blackpool!

Pros: Really close and convenient for enjoying what Blackpool has to offer. Well looked after and a really good price. Great and quick communication between Sasco and myself. Would recommend to anyone coming to Blackpool.

Cons: Smell of damp in main corridor. Beds creaking easily/ not particularly comfy. sofa bed not comfy and only having one shower for a group of people (no lock on the door also.
