Perfect location, great value, will book again

Pros: Perfect location for the winter gardens and easy to find. Very spacious and surprisingly quiet.

Cons: We did stay in January…the house took 12 hours to warm up as it had probably been empty the few days prior to our arrival. But there were plenty of heaters.

Clean, Great location, Great value for money

Pros: The property was spotless, in a perfect location an exceptional value for money.

Cons: No information on parking. I paid £17 to park about 10 minutes away and could have paid £11 to park just around the corner. Granted I should have done more research but a little bit of local knowledge would have been helpful

Excellent stay, would return. Great location, spacious house and facilities were good

Pros: Excellent size, beds very comfortable, staff were lovely.

Cons: It was quite cold at night so before you go out I would recommend putting a couple of heaters on. We got back and it was freezing!

Amazing find in the centre

Pros: Very central, enough space for the 9 guests, clean and had everything we needed, just like the pictures

Perfect location, clean home and had everything we needed for our stay.

Pros: This was actually 2 separate apartments which can be easily used as a 5 bed house. 2 kitchens, 4 showers, only 2 had toilets which 1 was off a bedroom. Another toilet would have been ideal.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The location was perfect and we enjoyed the communal space. Communications was great and George allowed us the check in early

Cons: There are only 2 toilets between 10 people and one of those is as an ensuite…leaving 1 toilet between 8 but we made it work

Lovely House for a weekend away with Friends

Pros: Brilliant location and the bedrooms were a decent size. Would definitely use again.

Cons: We had requested the sofa beds be made up and they were not. Not a big deal though as we found additional bedding to use. One of the showers was out of order but again no worries as there were other shower facilities in the house for us to use.

Hidden gem, will be returning soon!

Pros: Absolutely Incredible Stay – Hidden Gem! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property is in a prime location, close to everything you could need, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how immaculately clean everything was—spotless and fresh, with clear attention to detail. The rooms are high quality, beautifully designed with a spacious and homely feel that made me feel instantly comfortable. Everything from the furnishings to the finishings felt luxurious, like something you’d expect from a high-end hotel, but at a surprisingly affordable price. It honestly felt like I was getting so much more than I paid for. Will 100% be coming back to this place again. Slept 8 of us and not a single complaint from any one.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was that we only booked it for 1 night instead of more!

Excellent accommodation, in an excellent location.

Pros: Location of property was excellent. Parking nearby and free parking from sat 5pm until mon am. There was plenty of space for all families that stayed here. Owner’s communication was excellent and was very friendly and flexible. We would certainly hope to stay here again.

Cons: It was potentially a little cold initially due to electric heating system but after the first night it warmed up.
