Family stay in central Blackpool

Pros: Lovely big house that suited the needs of our big family. Excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. Location is fantastic and very central, close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: No negatives!

Excellent, couldn’t fault

Pros: Amazing value, very well equipped for large party’s. Clean, comfortable and really warm

We all agreed we would stay again as inside the property and the excellent location nailed it for us

Pros: The property was handy to walk everywhere. The grandchildren loved the pool table and the dart board. The WiFi was excellent and everything worked! It was also very clean with excellent towels and bedding.

Cons: The large games, sitting room, kitchen would have benefitted from a second sofa as one really wasn’t enough for comfy seating. The street has some very dodgy properties with some very dodgy people around - I think they were hostels. We came back from the theatre and there were men sitting on plastic seats across the street smoking and drinking and God knows what else! I slept at the back but my son-in-law said it was noisy at the front as he was hot and opened the window to continuous noise on the street.

Pros: This was our second visit here as a group,fabulous house.

Cons: Lights out the back did nt work,and we had to run out for loo roll 🙈

Overall it was a lovely stay and the family really enjoyed it

Pros: Was clean and put together, bedrooms were decent size and there were enough bathrooms/en suites to accommodate us all.

Cons: Toiletries weren’t provided as expected, 2 bathrooms had hand wash but there was no shower gel or body wash. Some of the en suites had sliding doors that would come of when using making it difficult to use them.

Pros: This was a fantastic location, plenty of room for us all x14 we loved the bar & pool table & darts it was a great base to celebrate mine & my Twins 40th birthday with family & frends love it x

Cons: When we arrived there was a few little issues like doors off the rails in both rooms of 5 single beds bathrooms , fag bin full , toilets without toilet roll

Pros: We thought the location was perfect and within walking distance of main attractions and the promenade. The downstairs was a great space for entertaining a large group- we enjoyed using the bar area, pool table and dart board. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, however, we were disappointed with the lack of hot water. We tried at different points in the day but could only get luke warm on a few occasions meaning most of us had to have cold showers throughout our stay. We did spot a few ants in the hall area and kitchen and one of the ensuite doors kept coming off of the rail which made it difficult to close or open the door when using that bathroom. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt it was great value for money.

Perfect for mixed groups, clean and comfy

Pros: It had a configuration of rooms which fitted our needs perfectly, we shared rooms but not beds!

Cons: It would have been good to have some information regarding the heating but we had a bit of a hunt and found the hive and it was soon lovely and toasty.

Pros: great facilities, place looks absolutely stunning and perfect location

Cons: some rooms didn’t have any hand wash and no shower gel (we assumed it would be provided). one toilet door broken so couldn’t use one bathroom

We would definitely book again, this house has to be one of the best finds in Blackpool for a huge group, family or frie

Pros: We were a dance group of Mums and dancers attending the Winter Gardens, the location was perfect. 5 mins to the seafront too. Huge house, lots of toilets, spacious and fun!

Cons: Nothing negative!
