Tower Views 2 Bedroom House with Private Parking

Satisfactory

Pros: We had smaller kids, so was like a home from home atmosphere.Minor cleaning products available to clean tables etc .Cleaner arrived right on time at checkout deadline time and was very friendly and understanding of us leaving ten minutes later due to trying to load the car and get the kids in the car. Would recommend.

Cons: Can’t think of any issues.We were comfortable and the kids had plenty of space.

Small but perfectly formed.

Pros: Very clean, off street parking, Netflix, complementary pods for coffee maker, responsive staff., location, sofa bed. I’d happily return.

Cons: Boiler made some very loud and strange noises which were a bit disconcerting at first. Plenty of heat and hot water though so didn’t detract from our stay too much and we only reported as we left. Large deposit secured against card which I wasn’t clear about until late in the booking process, but this was released very quickly and without fuss after departure.

Stress free break.

Pros: Location was perfect . Walking distance to town and piers. Kitchen was well equipped. Always prefer a lock box too , so convenient and easy.

Cons: Had a small problem with hot water but it was fixed so fast after messaging hosts that we were pleasantly surprised. Needs a bit of TLC with some of the decoration and the bathroom light needs to be modernised. Tiny things .

Lovely place , great communication from the owners. Very comfortable and accommodating.

Pros: I loved how cheerful the place felt inside. It was decorated for Christmas which made our family trip feel special. It had everything we needed for the weekend. I really appreciated the WhatsApp group with the property owner and management company who were quick to answer any queries. Incredibly happy with the ease of contact with the property management. The beds were comfortable. I will admit I felt uneasy providing my ID and credit card details to a company abroad for the security deposit which almost made me want to cancel but they called and reassured me and I have had security deposit refunded so I would reassure anyone that is apprehensive that despite my initial reservations - we had a good experience.

Cons: The area is a little undesirable but that is outside of the owners control. It's a 5 or 10 minute walk from the town which was ideal for us. The coffee machine was a lovely touch but needed a clean before use unfortunately which was the first thing we wanted when we arrived. There were some boiler issues through no fault of the owner when we arrived but we managed to fix it ourselves in the end. To the owners credit when we messaged they swiftly appointed an engineer to make their way over but we told them to cancel as we had sorted it. They then extended our check out time as way of recompense which was lovely of them and much appreciated.

The Rave Stays team were fantastic and very efficient, easy to get hold of and made our stay so easy breezy!

Pros: Beautiful house and absolutely spotless! Very modern and only a short walk away from the town centre, but far enough that it was lovely and quiet. Had all the amenities you could ever need!

Cons: Nothing is was all spot on!!

Pros: everything was brilliant, from the communication, to leaving, close walk to central pier, takeaway around the corner, nice chap aswell he was.

Cons: putting down a deposit has it's the first time I've had to put one down but it was sent back quickly aswell so can't complain.

We had a fantastic week and the house was the perfect location for us .

Pros: The booking process, communication from the host and key collection were all easy and well managed. When we got to the property it looked like the photos, apart from the outside area was a bit overgrown compared to the photos. Inside the house was great. It was cosy and welcoming and the extra touches with artwork and flowers really made it feel homely. We had all the facilities we needed to enjoy a family holiday. The parking was big enough for our car easily and the entrance to the house had a gated garden. The location was fantastic! We walked to the tower and seafront every day and it was only 15 minutes. There is a bus stop just across the road if you need it. We like to park the car and know we don't need to move it again.

Cons: If I am being honest the outside area could be improved. The bushes could be cut back a bit and an outside light. It may just be because we were returning to the house late at night, but it felt very dark and almost vulnerable. The property next door is being renovated and was very messy and quite noisy on the first night - this is no reflection at all on the hosts, just something to be aware off.
