Lovely room to stay in

Pros: Very clean and comfortable and it smelt wonderful. There are complimentary tea and coffee and snacks. Very friendly and welcoming

Pros: Our host and hostess were warm and friendly, all the small details were perfect and we were extremely well cared for. The position is fantastic, a very quiet street looking right onto the beach. We had our breakfast in the front garden looking at the sea and the mountains of the Lake District several days in November!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, Gina and Gray are so lovely, they made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean. They left us some delicious snacks. We enjoyed lovely walks and a beautiful sunset.

If you wanted your own hideaway by the sea, this would be it.

Pros: Just a beautiful room and so well presented and even had freshly baked cakes and biscuits waiting beside the coffee. Bed was super comfy with extra pillows and blankets if needed, but we had to turn the heating down it was so warm in there. Bathroom has a big shower with loads of hot water. Fantastic seating area outside and at night sitting out there hearing the sea and watching millions of stars above was a peach. Met the lady who owns it and she was so nice and friendly - and cares that you have a good stay. I'd stay there again for sure :-)

Cons: Only thing we didn't like was that we didn't book more nights

Very nice place and would totally recommend a stay.

Pros: The warm welcome and the attention to detail. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The little treats were a nice touch.

Everything is of high quality, as are the hosts.

Pros: Beautiful view, high quality bed, so so sooooo comfortable. Our room was extremely clean with everything one needs. Plus the teabags make a great cup!.
