Extremely happy with my short stay and would definitely return

Pros: Room was perfect for the night. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean and tidy inside the property. Staff very helpful. Location was great, free parking outside

Pros: Really friendly and helpful welcome from Kyle. The room was comfortable, we both slept well. The view out to sea was excellent in the morning light. Overall, a comfortable stay, and excellent value for money.

We will be back for a short break again

Pros: Stayed here before for one night before and liked it but found it too warm. The owner had placed a fan in the room this time which was definitely used, and he showed my husband how to open the windows further. Definitely take customers comments on board which is good. Very comfortable bed, very clean and nicely furnished room. Love the decent sized table and chairs in the bay window, big enough for two people to eat and drink whilst admiring the fabulous view - especially the Morecambe Bay sunset. Glad we stayed for two nights this time. Good location.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Good value room for the night

Pros: Friendly staff, clean tidy and well kept room. Perfect for my one night stop over whilst delivering my son to Uni.

Cons: Room was a little warm and thr pillow could have been more comfortable but that's about it

Very comfortable, clean and pleasant.

Pros: Pleasant staff, good position for my needs. Easy check in. Nice and clean.

Cons: It would have been nice to have supplied shower gel etc. Luckily I had some with me.
