Pros: Although it as been a couple of years it was great .

What a lovely break with a lovely host and staff.

Pros: The location was perfect for a clear and close sea view. The breakfast was generous, tasty and served hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was lovely, with lots of drawer and wardrobe space.

I love this place - everything is to the highest standard, the rooms, the breakfast, the service!

Pros: I love staying here! The rooms are immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with great variety of choice. David, the manager is really lovely and very accommodating. Feels like home away from home! I highly recommend this place!

Pros: The owner Joanne was very welcoming and friendly, she very kindly offered help with any issues you may have. My stay was during storm Amy, my clothes got soaked in the rain, Joanne, kindly hung them up to dry for me. The breakfast was excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfect.

A lovely comfortable guest house, kind helpful hosts, wonderful breakfast to set you up for the day!

Pros: Ideally located for long walks along the promenade, our room had a lovely sea view. Bed was very comfortable, tv / shower efficient, nice fluffy towels. Good quality tea and coffee making facilities were provided, as were bottled water and glasses, also corkscrew and wine glasses. Fabulous breakfasts, good range of cereals, fruit and yoghurt, full-English had a long list of items to choose from each day, all good quality ingredients freshly cooked.

Pros: Right in the sea front! Stayed 2 nights and order breakfast in the evening for the next morning- breakfasts were amazing and so big, had to order less for the next day!

Excellent accommodation

Pros: The hotel was very good. My room though small had everything that I needed. The bed very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Everything from yogurt and fruit to a full cooked breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more. The proprietor Jo was brilliant and gave details about places to visit and places to eat.

Cons: There was nothing i didn't like about the Yatch Bay View. Next time I'm in Morecambe I shall book up again.

Jo was an excellent host, and made you feel very welcome.

Pros: The cooked breakfast was fantastic, iti was red hot, the full English was excellent and well prepared, I am also coeliac and was very well catered for, there was also a good choice of cereal and fruit.
