Excellent we are coming back in the summer

Pros: Excellent customer service from booking to the actual stay. Everything was clean, staff were friendly helped with luggage, parking and anything we needed they were there all the time.

Great hosts

Pros: Nothing was too much trouble. Complementary cerials and fresh milk always available, even biscuits that our granddaughter couldn't resist. Exceptional value for money and a perfect location

Illumination break to Blackpool

Pros: Cheap and cheerful accommodation where the owners were very hospitable and welcoming Nothing fancy but spotlessly clean and near all the attractions Only booked a room but could have had cereal etc if we wanted . Very helpful from arrival till departure.

Cons: Only one and its nothing major was the steps to gain entry to the accommodation but that was because we had a pram with us Again, owners assisted with this.

Pros: The owners were really helpful , location was great , the cereal , biscuits, water & milk available was a great touch especially for the two kids.

Cons: It's small which we expected though so not an issue but may be for some people.

Lovely staff, nice hotel room, great location.

Pros: The location was perfect. Just off the main strip but close enough to access it with a very short walk. Amenities close by. The room was cosy. Lovely family room.

Cons: Nothing.
