10/10 would recommend to family and friends

Pros: What i liked and appreciated most was that the host catered to our needs. The host took onboard our request and made the overall experience very pleasant and enjoyable! My children loved their stay and we will keep this accommodation in mind for the future! 10/10

Cons: We visit Blackpool a lot and we have stayed in a lot of hotels it is in a run down area but you shouldn't judge on the area this hotel is great value for money entrance loverly and clean going up stairs needs a little t. L. C get to the room and is pretty much spot on apart from some 1 left boxershorts and socks in draw but this can be easily missed when cleaned and TV remote dident seem to really work but really good size TV there is a phew negatives but we will definitely will be using this hotel again and again because the good points out way the negative and a gem of a cafe round corner thank you the ELK

Pros: Very cosy bed and a nice clean room. Small settee and a chair to sit in. Clean towels when required. Location was amazing and there was even lights in the street as well.

Cons: The only thing was the shower. It was clean, hot but the pressure wasn't the best. It worked as should be though.

Pros: Kids loved the bunks,very clean,very helpful,extra in the rooms for the kids cookies and harbour and water. Extra available iron board, decent iron. Hair dryer,straighteners. Towels and loo rolls to collect as needed. Dustpan brush for all the sand lol. Kids sick early morning before we left, clean all as best we could stripped bed left all sicky stuff in shower. Left a message and all seemed to be fine. Fabulous all around. 100% recommend.

Pros: Spacious clean and super comfy bed , mattress was great and like the little touches like biscuit

Cons: The lights on the picture round the bed weren't there which is why I liked the room on the picture before booking

Pros: Friendly staff bed was really comfy room was spotless there was plenty of tea coffee facilities and cans of fresh water toiletries I would defo be staying here again

Pros: Room was clean tidy and comfy double bed. Nice quiet room no noise from outside.. easy check in.

Pros: The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning.
