Good value budget accomodation. Just what I wanted

Pros: Great value, close to the Winter Gardens where I was attending. Close to a Wetherspoons where we ate.

Cons: A few cobwebs in the bathroom, but no big deal

Pros: The guest house is in a good location, it is very clean and comfortable. James was more than welcoming and very helpful, he did balloons, banners and a cake for my daughters birthday which was really appreciated. I would definitely go back again.

Pros: Decent hotel literally right by the central pier and promenade attractions. Host was friendly. Hotel was clean throughout. Decent size for a single room. Good value for money. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely and friendly. Very clean and tidy. Shower amazingly hot which was great when coming in from the cold. Accommodation quite and peaceful. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros: Everything ,James is just lovely nothing is too much bother. He knew it was our Grandsons birthday and got him a cake and some balloons for a surprise. We have stayed here 3 times before and wouldn't stay anywhere else.
