New Promenade Hotel

Had another great stay

Pros: Close to the bar we go to at night and not too far from the shops and attractions

Cons: Would be nice if there was an entrance without steps but won’t stop me returning

A pleasant stay

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay, Room was basic but had what you needed, a clean bed, a clean bathroom, clothes closet, TV and hospitality tray. Breakfast was freshly cooked and came out hot, I changed my egg type and this was carried out for me throughout our stay, we was also asked on a morning if we needed anything for our room. Location is ideal , just situated below the central pier on the Promenade

Pros: Great location right on the front, friendly staff, comfy warm beds.Nice breakfast and served quickly. You get a key for front door so freedom to come and go as you please.

Cons: Decor is dated however that didn't really bother us as we're out straight after breakfast till late so only needed warm clean beds, shower, breakfast and cup of tea and we got all that so negative was more an observation rather then a problem.

Pros: Great location great sea front veiw .great value for money nice breakfast too.would definetely stay here again.

Good hotel in the end

Pros: Great location within walking distance of the main attractions.

Cons: When we arrived we were put into a very very small room which only just fitted 2 single beds and was nothing like the pictures. The next morning I asked the owner who was more than happy to move us.

Very enjoyable

Pros: I can not fault it in any way breakfast was spot on could do with a large version but excellent

Cons: Extractor fans in bathrooms

Overall it was a good stay and the breakfast more than made up for the few things that weren’t great. Thank you x

Pros: The breakfast area was lovely and well laid out. The bar / games area was also good.

Cons: The shower was not great as the on / off and power buttons were high up. Room could have been nicer although big enough.

Friends weekend away

Pros: Rooms are a bit basic but are clean, warm & comfy .. Very friendly staff, would do anything for you.. Breakfast is all hot, freshly cooked, so nothing dried up.. There is plenty of coffee/tea & toast if you require more.

Cons: Outside does look like it could with face lift.. Unfortunately, it does not give a good first impression..

Friends weekend away

Pros: Very central to all attractions, staff were 1st class, breakfast was freshly cooked for you. Rooms might be small, but we're clean & beds very comfortable. Just what is needed as won't be spending much time in, as always out & about.

Cons: Outside, make it look run down!!! As they say, DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT COVER!!!!
