Overall a pleasant place to stay with easy parking available.

Pros: The Hotel being right on the promenade. Easy to get trams if needed. Room was suitable for what was needed, somewhere to sleep and wash.

Cons: Shower screen leaked onto floor when shower was on due to lack of sealant. Getting the shower to get warm was not easy.

Best hotel

Pros: This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever staid at. The place is spotless so clean. Great location. Great parking. Amazing artwork all around. Sam was very helpful

Pros: Brilliant location for all attractions and a room with sea view (room 11) and although a mattress topper the bed was unbelievably comfortable.and we had a great night's sleep 😴
