Pros: Beautifully renovated period building with ample space and high level of cleanliness

Pros: Everything is perfect, clean and Karl is a really heart warming person.

Pros: It was excellently maintained, clean smells fresh throughout, the room was big we had room 8 on the second floor, easy access to the room

Cons: I would of like a toaster for breakfast to make some toast with my continental breakfast

Lovely clean and modern property with excellent host.

Pros: Beautifully renovated property to a modern and perfectly clean standard. Host was superb.

Cons: Little further away from where we wanted to be but thats not the fault of the property, which was excellent otherwise.

Pros: Karl is a phenomenal host. He welcomed us exceptionally kind-heartedly and was always on hand if we needed anything. We even got to dry our clothes in the tumble dryer after we got into very heavy rain on the way and were soaked through (including our baggage). Our trip was saved that way, as we wouldn't have had anything left to wear. He was also always ready to give a recommendation for food or activities around the city. The property is stunning and the rooms are very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also great. Fresh fruit, muesli, granola, yoghurts, milk, vegan milk alternative and more. Nice alternative to the Full English the day before in Manchester - much lighter and easier to stomach😅

Cons: Everything was pretty much perfect and we recommend it fully.

Cosy stay in a cool Victorian home

Pros: Fantastic place to stay in Liverpool. Room was so cosy and you’ll be well looked after with a great breakfast. Location is great if you’re going to Anfield as it’s a cheap uber or a 30 min walk.

Pros: Spotlessly clean , interior and exterior was immaculate. Excellently decorated. Very comfortable bed, good quality bedding. Excellent shower/hot water . Excellent host “Karl” We were greeted at the door on arrival, full explanation of the key code, where to catch local bus to town etc . Greeted in the morning at breakfast room and made us coffee. All fruit etc very fresh and plentiful . We will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends . Met at the door on our departure .10/10

Great stay in a beautiful setting

Pros: Beautiful building, luxurious bedding, super friendly host. Perfect location for attending the concerts at Salt and Tar. Karl made us feel very welcome and clearly takes a lot of pride in running his establishment.
