Jubilee pub

Pros: There was an issue with breakfast but it was sorted straight away.. Room was clean and comfortable

Great stay and staff

Pros: Clean, easy to find and the staff were very helpful and kind. All the locals were very welcoming too.

Nice , cheap and lovely stay . Convenient location.

Pros: Was close by to where needed to be. Had restaurant which was handy to eat before needed to go out . Nice big room , plenty of space .

Cons: Room was pretty cold when entered . It took a while to warm up a little.

Happy Short stay at the Jubliee

Pros: Convenience for visiting Litherland and Crosby especially with the grand national being on. Was nice and quiet, handy with restaurant downstairs. Didn't hear any traffic and parking.

Cons: Although there is an electric shower in the room the other bathroom facilities are down the hallway. It worked for us. A bit faffy getting to the room. For some reason WiFi wasn't very accessible required to scan a qr code didn't work on my android phone but worked on my friend's apple phone.

Staff were great pub was nice a little over priced

Pros: Never got breakfast had to be out before it started

Cons: Window wouldn't shut properly no sugar in tea / coffee in room

A Hidden Gem

Pros: Good location ,scouse community , friendliy and always ready to listen to your life adventures and stories. Accommodation was immaculate,, the staff were marvellous and couldn't do enough. Food was amazing and always piping hot. There are lots of buses and trains that run regularly. Train station 5 minutes walk away. and take only 15 minutes to Liverpool.. And 25 minutes away. to Southport. Formby squirrel reserve is just 10 minutes Liverpool and Everton football ground only 15 minutes away. Crosby Beach with Anthony Gormley Iron Men. Leeds, Liverpool canal is a two minute walk and has good canal paths, This makes for an interesting walk with lots of wildlife. Barges travel down the canal on a regular basis. M57 and M58 2 minutes away. The best value for money I've ever had from a guest house.

Cons: Can't complain, iBut remember it's the local pub and Saturday are a bit lively. But music stops at 00.00.

Pros: How welcoming everyone was, including the regulars

Cheap but cheerful!

Pros: It was so cosy, warm and comfy! The beds could be better but it was such a great stay for such a great price!

Cons: The bathroom was freezing for a shower in the morning! Like BALTIC cold I had to put a towel under near the door to stop the breeze and the water wasn’t that warm. The music loud under my room until 130am! There was only about 10 people in and wasn’t any need for the loudness but apart from that it was great.

Pros: Friendly staff, very accomadating, room services is excellent. Great if you like lively, good piping hot food, prices are amazing for the quality of the food and the services. Lots of bus routes close by. Train station 5 minute walk, 15 minutes into Liverpool from Seaforth train station. 25 minutes into southport. 10 minutes walk to crosby Beach. Local shops, Tesco superstore 5 minutes away. Asda 7 minutes away. .

Cons: Really can't complain about anything .. Decent landlord, decent staff , friendly local community , but are scousers, so it would be. All look out for one another and guests too.
