Karl met us when we arrived.Very good host.Our stay was exceptional.We would definitely stay again

Pros: An excellent clean and exceptional accommodation in as quiet area. Karl is a very friendly host and also went out of his way to add special touches to the room for me as it was Valentine's Day.Very healthy help yourself continental breakfast, with fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, muffins and waffles and hot drinks and juices. We will definitely go back for longer next time we visit Liverpool

Pros: Warm,welcome, Nice clean and tidy accommadition. Tastefully decoratored. All what you would want and expect.

Cons: Could not fault the room or location for our needs. Just lacking a toaster for breakfast. But overall a pleasent stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying.

Pros: Exactly what you see on-line. Clean and comfortable bed. Renovated to high quality. Breakfast room had fresh fruits available and various cereals etc.

Cons: I thought there would be a kettle in the bedroom, but there is a kitchenette which is on the first floor for everyone to use the facilities. No problem as I could manage taking two mugs of tea up to the top floor to room 7.

Pros: Our host Karl was very welcoming and most helpful. Our 8room was beautiful, very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Cons: Nothing!

Perfect stay in a beautiful place

Pros: Beautiful property, excellent facilities, spotless bedrooms, comfortable beds and a really welcoming host. The continental breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Cons: Everything was perfect, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Great and easy to get into Liverpool city centre

Pros: This is a stunning house with a friendly host. Victorian renovation is right, its a large Victorian house that has been beautifully restored

Pros: Karl was a great host! Very helpful and accommodating and the rooms were immaculate! I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay again.

Cons: I don't think there was anything we didn't like. If you are prepared to stay slightly out of the city centre, it's definitely the place to be!
