Fabulous B&B

Pros: Fabulous B&B - newly renovated, super clean and Karl was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very spacious and the bed was really comfy.

Cons: Depending on the nature of your stay, the house is a little far to walk from the city centre - but easy enough in an uber!

Fabulous B and B - Victorian Renovation

Pros: Karl, our host, couldn't have been any friendlier and welcoming. Beautiful house and the room was warm and spacious. The bed was so comfortable with duvet and supportive pillows. Great breakfast choices (nothing cooked) and lots of different teas and coffees available. Great value for money and we will definitely be back!

Cons: Would've liked to have had a hot breakfast option, even toast, but totally respect why this is not offered. Nothing else to mention that we didn't like - all good.

Great place to stay in Liverpool

Pros: Great place to stay in Liverpool. Karl is a very helpful and friendly host. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, and the house is located in a residential area with easy access to public transport. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and berries. Amazing value for money.

Cons: There isn't much to do in the nearby area, most of the attractions are closer to the city centre which is 25–30 minute commute away.

A Very Plesant hospitable stay Highly recommend

Pros: Everything was perfect, ideal location if you going to watch the football at both Anfield and Goodison Park The Host Karl was very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us This place is a real gem so clean and tidy, Modern and as stated resent renovation, Breakfast is also continental help yourself, off street parking if you prebook.

Cons: Could not Fault this place
