Spacious 2 Bed Apartment in Waterloo Liverpool

Very welcoming and pleasant stay

Pros: Clean spacious and well presented. The staff couldn’t do enough. The young man carried out bags up all the flights of stairs. The hostess was in hand if anything was needed or answered

A great place that served our needs perfectly. The host was really good.

Pros: The place was clean and tidy. The facilities were really good and had everything we required. A really good touch was the host sent us through a text message once we'd checked with some details of restaurants and places to visit in the area. Great communication for checking in which worked really well.

Cons: The beds were a touch on the soft side for me however my daughter found her bed to her satisfaction. Only other point is that an exterior light would be ideal as it was very dark on the steps to the front door.

Nice, comfortable apartment in a great location.

Pros: Very comfortable and well appointed. Had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Nice quiet location and convenient for local transport links, shops, takeaways, beach and cinema. Really pleasant area with plenty of nice walks nearby and the locals were very friendly.

Cons: The only things I wasn’t keen on were all of the stairs to reach the apartment which, having a lung condition, I struggled with; and the shower, which I initially thought was broken as it wouldn’t heat up, but after turning the temperature up to max then back down it was fine.

An apartment in a good location which is clean,comfortable and well presented

Pros: We were met at the apartment and shown in. The property is clean, modern and well presented.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Cons: Parking gets busy outside the apartment, but had a space to park every night. A little dark outside with little or no external lighting.

Decent apartment in a great location

Pros: This is in a good quiet location within easy walking distance of the delightful cinema and South Rd. The apartment is located within a beautiful old building, which means there's some quirks in the room sizes but most things you need are available. The kitchen is pretty well equipped with brilliant saucepans - we're going to get some for our electric hob! The wifi-fi worked well and the TV has access to the usual online platforms but we couldn't access mainstream channels. There's a table and chairs that were good to work at during the day.

Cons: The following are niggles but did let the place down, which is why I couldn't describe it as outstanding: - The driveway in front of the building is muddy and there's no lighting at night. - The entrance hall is scruffy and could do with cleaning and a coat of paint. - The property was clean and tidy but would benefit from a deep clean (lurking cobwebs) and checks on minor repairs that need doing. - There was only 1 tea towel and no washing up bowl, the freezer needed defrosting. - No lamp shades on the overhead lights and no mirrors in the bedrooms.

Pros: It's a nicely appointed flat, and was really convenient for our needs. Lovely to watch the squirrels from the living area window. Quiet and relaxing environment.

Cons: Only little things. Needed to grab tea towels from home as none provided. Could do with a couple of hooks in the bathroom and the extractor fan was not working (isolator switch for this on the wall outside the bathroom - tried in both positions). Steam clears pretty quickly anyway. Inspecting the flat on arrival, I checked the washing machine. I didn't use the machine but fished out a rusted bobby pin and a couple of small pebbles from the seal. Good to have a washer/drier available though.

Apartment was conveniently positioned, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Really great.

Pros: Clean and tidy, good communication with the hosts, modern with good facilities

Cons: Not much! Needed a chopping board and maybe a hook for towels (or a towel rail) in the bathroom. Otherwise, fab.

A cosy stay that feels like a home away from home.

Pros: Wow what a lovely apartment, we had a very comfortable stay. We loved the comfy beds and kitchen, which has a fridge in it. It was lovely and peaceful too. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.😊👍

Pros: The apartment was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and was close to the beach and great restaurants.
