Spacious 3 Bed Apartment in Waterloo Liverpool

Comfortable family accommodation

Pros: It was comfortable, warm and well located, we were able to cook meals and eat as the apartment had a fairly well equipped kitchen, showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. There was enough space for the 5 of us ( three adults two kids) to sit, relax and play. Parking on the front drive was a godsend as was being on the ground floor. A nice perk was plenty of loo rolls and washing up liquid!

Cons: It could do with a deeper clean and some more kitchen ware (particularly glasses).

Great location for our family visit

Pros: Spacious property well laid out plenty of facilities

Cons: Carpets stained, showers need resealing, instructions for returning keys are inaccurate.

Pros: Great location only a short walk from bars, restaurants and the beach. Modern facilities and very clean.

Cons: The space in the property is not utilised well. We were 3 couples and there was only 1 wardrobe between us which was situated in the middle bedroom so 2 couples had to go in and out of the other couple's room for their clothes. 2 bedrooms had 2 huge empty cupboards in them so this problem could be avoided if a simple rail is added to each cupboard. A third shower would be a great addition too for whe 3 separate couples are staying as one is en-suite meaning 4 people have to share the middle shower. Beds were very low and very soft, only one very soft pillow provided per person.

Great Value for money.

Pros: Beautiful Victorian building although no features were left inside. Very warm and you can control the heating. Fifteen minute walk from the beach and shops. Very comfy bed and pillows. Only two flattish pillows per bed which was perfect for me but probably not for most people. Reasonable amount of equipment in the kitchen. TV easy to work and sofas quite comfy. Plenty of space for a family of 4 but a bit of a squeeze for all adults.

Cons: There was a fault with both showers. Phoned 3 times, the office people were very helpful but it took a week before someone from maintenance came to look at them. Nothing was done. Burnt my arm on the towel rail, it was scolding hot, very dangerous especially for children. Had to switch it off. It was basically clean but could have been better (hair on shower room floor). The lamenant flooring had paint on it. I wiped some off and most would have come off with a bit of elbow grease! The inside of the windows were very dirty and splattered with paint, especially the back door. Would have liked instructions for the appliances. You had to download info using a QR code. Found it easier to just ring them.
