Modern 2 Bed Apartment in Waterloo Liverpool

Overall, good value for money

Pros: Reasonably priced situated not too far from Waterloo Merseyrail station giving good access to Liverpool city centre and to Southport. Roomy with all the appliances required.

Cons: Some of the blinds need attention as starting to curl so don’t fully meet up when closed. Felt slightly uncomfortable in a downstairs front bedroom even though property is off the road.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, brilliant value for money, host was friendly and easy to contact

Pros: Easy check in and out, apartment had everything you need, clean and quiet and close to all shops, bars etc. Highly recommended.

Pros: A good size apartment at a reasonable price, good heating, large fridge-freezer, tv with netflix and bbc catchup

Cons: It was a bit spartan with no pictures on the walls, limited cooking utensils, carpark was a bit dark and muddy (in January).

Pros: Having the whole apartments to our self to come and go as we please x

Cons: Everything was great, but could I just suggest a few things? Non silp shower mat is a must ,and maybe a few extra teabags and small milk and sugar, especially for the silly older generation 😜, and after a long drive 🚗 you need a wee cip of tea even if it was and extra, you could offer the service, that would be great, I would definitely book again, so thank you for your hospitality x

Comfy, smart and clean.

Pros: Very easy to meet up and get keys. Representative could not have been more helpful.

Cons: A coffee press would have been nice.

Convenient and reasonably comfortable for price paid.

Pros: Near enough to Crosby centre and coast. New refurb. Spacious. Well equipped. Clean inside. Good wifi.

Cons: Parking difficult. Not enough spaces for number of residents in block. Litter and overfilled bins outside Internal hallway outside flat unclean. Bathroom door lock jammed and had to be opened with coin from outside! Coffee machine didn’t work or at least we couldn’t get it to. On line handbook not great when looking for machine operating guidance.

A lovely weekend in a homely environment

Pros: Everything was clean and had lovely modern furniture. Collecting keys was easy to do and the location meant that everything was easy to get to.

Cons: The only issue we found was that the car park was very muddy and quite difficult to manoeuvre in however the host did say this was something that they were working on

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great staff and location, though the shower could use some improvement.

Pros: The property is in a great location, with walkable access to most of the essentials you might need. The distance to the city centre is reasonable, and the Uber fare was more affordable than I expected. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly, hospitable, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. I also loved the bed, it was perfectly soft and comfortable.

Cons: However, the shower temperature was quite inconsistent, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful shower. It fluctuated a bit too much, and it wasn’t due to misuse, as I know how to operate it properly

Pros: Die Innenausstattung war gut - die Wohnung ist neu renoviert. Die Lage (Shops und Strand nur Minuten weg) ist gut. Management reagiert schnell auf Fragen und Probleme.
