Pros: Perfect location for event we were going to, everything was as described. Helpful hosts, free parking right outside.

Pros: Great little pad to be based in. Clean and tidy. A value for money property. Easily accessible.

Cons: Free parking is not secure. It's street parking. Alternatives for secure parking in town are available.

Great Stay

Small but adequate accommodation, clean, central location, good hosts.

Pros: It was much better than expected but a lot smaller than it looks on the listing. It was clean and had everything you needed even though basic. We were expecting to just use it as over night and not chill out in it but it was actually comfortable enough and although no sofa, the bed was close enough just to sit on that. Had a little dining table and chairs for two. It was perfect for two people but would be cramped for a family of four but not impossible (2 double beds) It was one big room with two doubles, kitchen, big modern TV and dining tables and then an on suite. Although one flat within a building of 5 others in close proximity it was quiet and we didn't bump into any other guests. Very close to the town centre perfect if visiting the University. Very good communication and instructions for entering the property. The fob was really small I was scared to lose it!

Cons: The sofa bed wasn't comfortable according to my daughter, thank fully she could join me but if more than 2 people would have to put up with it. No plug or bowl in the sink and when I found a bowl (bottom of a cupboard near the sink) it wasn't the right size and had lots of rubbish in it (old bulbs, empty packets etc.) The shower was a bit blocked too, had a nice paddle. I did mention both these things directly with the hosts and they said it will be sorted straight away and also that if I had told them while was staying they would have sorted it (I just didn't want to put them out for things I could cope with). So minor things everything else was fine.

Comfortable stay in good location

Pros: Great location for the event we were attending in the baltic market area. Good value. Room was clean and verything was working. Clear instructions on arrival time and lock box instructions. Can park outside

Cons: suited us

Pros: The location is great, the famous Georgian Quarter is local. Great bars and Restaurants about 15 mins walk away. Would stay there again.

Our stay

Pros: It was neat and welcoming. Quiet environment, although it might be prone to rascality as policemen and women were always visiting the area, especially at night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we will visit again.

Cons: The toiletries were not enough. Two tissue rolls for 3 nights for a family of four , little shower gel and soap.

Pros: It felt like a home from home. It was a lovely room so comfy an cosy
