Pros: The place was clean and the room has everything you need

Lovely stay with great staff

Pros: Most importantly, lovely staff on reception and also housekeeping Room fabulous with all amenities you would want. Breakfast could be improved. Hard to find a table and when we did get one we had to remove the previous people’s pots. Table should have been wiped down between different customers. Like that there was little plastic for condiments, preserves etc but these could be put in individual pots. Using jars of marmalade, chocolate spread etc didn’t feel clean. I saw children helping themselves and then it was used for other customers. I can understand squeeze bottles e.g. ketchup but spreads where people put knives, spoons in the jars should not be communal.

Our stay at staybridge apartments

Pros: Loved how local it was to the docks and all the facilities Liverpool have to offer all the staff was lovely and friendly

Great apart from the breakfast

Pros: The room and location , this is my favorite hotel when I stay in Liverpool

Cons: The breakfast was awful! The plates were cold, the sausages and bacon were cold and dry, black pudding over cooked and beans cold, my husband said they had just brought fresh scrambled eggs out and that was only luke warm.

Lovely Hotel in a great location

Pros: The room was perfect it had everything I needed, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Central, clean, very helpful staff. Much quieter than expected given the location.

Great place to stay, would love to stay again.

Pros: Chose the hotel for it's great location. The room was lovely, had everything we needed and a nice view of the Cathedral. All in all a good choice for our short break especially with it's closeness to the Arena as we were able to fit in a show.

Cons: We had a slight problem with the TV that we could not sort out because it was late but the staff were very helpful. The Breakfast buffet was a little chaotic I'm not sure the layout flows too well for guests finding their way around.

Large, clean comfortable room.

Pros: Large , Comfortable, clean, good shower, good breakfast, friendly staff, good to have a kitchenette, good lighting, great little light next to the bed for reading, could also to have a light switch next to the bed which turns on a small light in the bathroom. Also great to have a free on site laundry to use that is open in 24 hours.

Cons: Pillows could have been more comfortable, but that is just personal preference.

Great place to stay

Pros: Loved the small apartment with own kitchen area. Being able to help yourself to a complimentary hot drink throughout the day was a nice treat. Clean and comfortable rooms and nice toiletries. Very friendly staff. Good location for us. A short walk from the Albert Dock area, Liverpool One and Baltic Triangle. Car park was a bonus and air con was appreciated!

Cons: An optional extra blanket for the bed would have been good

Enjoyable stay - good location.

Pros: Very clean, smelt nice, reception staff very helpful. Room nice and tidy & clean. bed comfy

Cons: Breakfast was 'manic' - needed a couple more staff and maybe a meeter & greeter. Sitting furniture in our room was nice looking but not comfortable to sit & relax. Car Park good but a bit expensive.
