Nice place would stay again

Pros: Very clean the chair was missing and sofa very small tv small no tv in bedroom kitchen was great had everthing u need for a few days stay nice bedroom bit cold no radiators heat came throught the skirting boats but after 24 hours was warm

Efficient, modern and well equipped with just a couple of niggles letting down the quality.

Pros: Great location and well equipped. Sleek modern look.

Cons: A couple of things were a little 'tired'. The table had marks and was damaged in places. Fine for solid wood, less good for laminate.the shower grouting had not been cleaned properly and was easy to do so I wonder if it had just been missed on this occasion. The instructions were fine but lacked a welcoming tone anywhere.

Great location, stylish apartment and great amenities just a stroll away!

Pros: Great location for central Preston. Walking distance to local shops, churches, bars and range of eating places, including selection of restaurants on the same street. Rooms are spacious and calmly decorated. The flat had everything we needed; it felt safe and secure. Staff were responsive following check-in to queries which arose.

Cons: There wasn't anything that would put us off returning; description did state 'garden view' - turns out this was imaginary and the view is of the street below, perhaps there's some window boxes nearby!

Amazing location and even more amazing location.

Pros: The property was very clean and had all the essential you need to stay over. Everything was in working order. The checking process was hassle free and the host was very helpful and attentive.

My stay at 7 Cannon street

Pros: The location was a highlight, near to shopping centre and shops, the market, alot of places accessible from here. The place looked great and was comfortable.

Cons: The first bathroom had a sewage smell, which is probably due to a macerator. I had to do a make shift curtain in the main bedroom as the door didn't have a blind or curtain to block the light out

Pros: Great location, pet-friendly , easy access, very good quality facilities and well-equipped - it’s not often that you get a potato masher in the kitchen utensils!

Pros: The accommodation was nice and clean, it felt very homey, which in turn made my stay a lot more comfortable.

Cons: Everything was exceptional, just the bedroom heater not working for the first couple days but all was rectified

Central apartment and great value for money

Pros: Very central for restaurants and shopping. Clean and tidy

Cons: It did not have a dishwasher despite this being included in the description. Not a huge issue for us but shout be amended on the particulars.

Great stay, would recommend

Pros: Excellent central location. Although you don't meet staff, communication was very good and we got the keycode instructions exactly when they said we would, an hour before check in. The flat was very clean, beds comfortable..

Cons: Not a major problem, but be aware the damage deposit could be deducted from your card upfront too. I was told it was only going to be authorised by the bank but the money left my account straightaway. So I'm now waiting for a refund now we have left. Having said that, the staff member that emailed me did offer to refund it straightaway but I knew we would leave it in good order so decided to let them keep the payment and refund me after. Just make sure you have enough money in your bank account in case it happens to you too.
