Enjoyable stay

Pros: Warm and cozy. Sky TV and arcade game is a lovely touch. Plenty towels.

Cons: No en-suite and no bath for kids. Oven hob didn’t work properly.

Pros: Excellent property as described. Exceptionally clean, very comfy beds, well appointed, quiet and so handy to walk 5 minutes into centre of Poulton. We stopped for a nearby wedding at the River Barn.

Cons: Was just missing a full length mirror

Great Property

Pros: Very clean & well decorated property, good value for money, extremely comfortable beds, spacious, walking distance to Poulton village, good base for weddings at Riverside Barn (would need a taxi but only a few minutes away), 15minute pleasant stroll to the train station. Good communication from the team that runs it! Really enjoyed the Pacman and Cornhole games at the property, nice touch!

Cons: Just to be aware for larger parties there is only one shower

Really enjoyed staying there. The property played a big part in a very successfully family meet-up.

Pros: The location was perfect. Walking distance to Poulton centre and the train station. Back garden is very comfortable and fairly private with some patio furniture and kids toys.

Cons: A bit of road noise is evident at the front when the windows are open but the property is on a main A road so it's to be expected. The access to the large upstairs family bedroom is through the single bedroom. We we all the same family so not a problem for us but might not suit everyone.
