A beautiful base for exploring Lancashire, the Dales and Lakes

Pros: Beautiful spot next to the river in a lovely village. Spacious and quirky property with all that we needed and more. Loved the history, outside space and the sound of the river.

excellent place to stay!!

Pros: Wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location! really comfortable and homely - I only wish we'd been able to book form longer!

Cons: the keypad didn't want to work initially but we eventually got it to work.

Absolutely lovely cottage that exceeded all expectations!

Pros: Everything! The comfort, the style, the facilities. It was more than we could have hoped for our lovely family holiday.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing we did not like about the cottage! Must say the photos on booking do not do it justice! Had a small issue with the boiler but it was sorted ASAP by our lovely host Claire.

Next-level accomodation and location for a little getaway.

Pros: It was absolutely perfect. What a fantastic find! Couldn’t have asked for more really. Every room is cosy and well-decorated. The facilities are top notch and all the little touches are excellent.

Cons: I can’t think of a single downfall. It was perfect
