Pros: Lovely apartment ,clean everything you needed was there ,would definently stay again

Pros: Property was clean it was very cold but I think it’s because we was on top floor room 8 toilet seat was broken but rang and told them they was going to send some1 else out but we was only staying 1 night will book again just not on top floor

Cons: Room cold we had heating on but room just wouldn’t warm up but that’s the only fault so next time I book will not book room 8

Pros: Very spacious,modern,clean…like a little home away from home

Cons: The single bed mattress’ where bit uncomfortable(could feel the springs)

Good value accommodation in a good location

Pros: Great location, easy check in and check out and friendly staff.

Cons: There was no hot water in the morning and not enough glasses in the apartment for all 4 of us to have a drink.

Great Room

Pros: Room was fantastic. All items worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Close to shops/pier/takeaway. Definitely will use this hotel for future bookings.

Cons: There was a WIFI issue. Not a massive problem. This was a one off issue. Did not affect our stay in the slightest.

Pros: Good Location, short walk to the beach, Waterpark and restaurants. Room is clean. Easy access to the building.

Cons: The late check out link on the email is not working but not a big deal

Ideal stay with a newborn baby

Pros: It was perfect for us with our 8 week old baby. Everything was clean and modern - with Netflix in both the living room and the bedroom so we could get our little one down to sleep early! We were called before arrival and offered a cot which was lovely but took our own. Self-check in was easy with a code on the front and apartment door that was emailed to us. The free parking right outside was great to load all of the things into the apartment for our baby!

Cons: The only thing would be no lift and two flights of stairs being on the top floor with a baby and all of the things she needs - but that wouldn’t put us off booking again!

Pros: Very nice apartment in the heart of Blackpool, 2 minute walk from shops and promenade. Very modern clean studio apartment inside and out, equipped with everything you need during your stay. Lovely decor and full apartment was spotless, I cannot fault it at all, it was lovely. Free parking at the property is also a massive bonus

Cons: I cannot fault the apartment, the only thing I would say is, the other guests in other apartments in the building were extremely loud and disturbing, I was only here for 3 nights and never got much sleep due to partying and fighting by other guests in the building which lasted until 5am. I did report did the first night and was advised someone would be coming to have a word with these guests but the noise continued for a further 3 days which wasn’t ideal as we were hoping for a relaxing time away, which resulted in no sleep during our stay. As well as strong smells of cannabis throughout the building at night. Which again I didn’t report all of this but nothing was really done, and I did explain we’ve had to sleep to to the disturbance and we weren’t offered any solution, or compensation. The guests weren’t removed and I didn’t want to continue complaining. I would maybe recommend double checking the ages of guests and double checking at check in to prevent this in the future, and maybe be a bit more empathetic that other guests such as myself have paid full price for a relaxing weekend which ended up not being the case.
