Perfect location, lovely view, uncomplicated hosts, everything you need!

Pros: Perfect location, uncomplicated, great view and lovely with sunshine through the windows! The parking was an extra bonus as well as the dog- friendliness!

Coastal Gem

Pros: Great hosts and great communication , location superb , great property and perfect for what we needed , as well as being dog friendly . Excellent apartment

Cons: Nothing at all , strongly recommend

Pros: Views are spectacular. Apartment is lovely. Staff have been excellent. We left something behind, they found it and looked after it until we could pick it up.

Cons: Some small things like broken blind and doors that banged because of fitting

Pros: The beautiful bay window. Comfy armchairs. Comfy bed. Great decor. Spacious, bright and roomy. Perfect location

Cons: Stayed here before, and it was great. This time, the apartment stank of dog and uncleanliness. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, spit in the bathroom sink. One of the beds had been stripped but not remade. Some things in kitchen cupboards are dirty. Admitted, we had requested an early check, and the manager agreed. But it would have been nice to tell us beforehand that this would come at the cost of us having to clean the whole apartment.

Lytham St Annes

Pros: The cutest little place. Bed smelt lovely and clean with fluffy pillows. Sea view. The owner was a nice man and very helpful. Can't wait to go back.

A short 2 night break with a friend and her granddaughter

Pros: The apartment was lovely fabulous location very near everything we wanted to do and the Louise and joe were great

Pros: Location was great - St. Annes beach right in front of the apartment.... town 5 mins walk - car park space in apartment car park - excellent.

Pros: Large bright and airy apartment, in a fabulous victorian building with all the old features. Loved the cosy armchairs in the bay window, looking out at amazing views. The binoculars were a nice touch. The decor was stunning throughout. The kitchen had all we needed. Beds were large and comfy Location was great. Great communication from Louise the host.

Cons: Settee wasn't comfy for chilling out in the evening. But as there were only 2 of us, the armchairs made up for that. Would have liked a steaming service to watch in the evening. But overall, everything else was perfect, and we will be returning
