Beach Snug

Just a short break and everything suited our stay.

Pros: Lovely place and easy with my dog, on one level and close to the beach.

Cons: The property was good nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: Location was perfect, for town centre and beach. Apartment was quiet, and cosy. Equipped well, with utensils and crockery. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet rolls and hand soap provided. Good sized bathroom. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Dogs are welcome, at a charge of £20 per dog.

Cons: Found the mattresses not very comfortable. Master bed was quite firm and the other bed was springy, but Joe provided a mattress topper, which did help. Would benefit from bedroom drawers for storage, especially if children are going. Bedroom doors hard to close. The blind at the patio door, was hard to operate and possibly, a curtain would be easier. Needs a mat at the patio door, to stop slipping, if coming in from the rain.

Pros: Very warm and cosy. Perfect location for beach and shops

Cons: Access difficult for elderly.. Steps from sitting room treacherous, handrail(s) badly needed. Main lighting weak, need 100/150 watt bulbs. Unable to access sky

Pros: Excellent location for all st annes has to offer. Nice outdoor space to sit out and everything you need for home from home. Another review mentioned others disturbing the peace on the Friday night, but the owners were straight onto it and sorted it straight away. Nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to staying again very soon. Great that you can bring dogs too. We'll be bringing ours next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Cons: Nothing. Only issue was raised and sorted very effectively.

Pros: Location was brilliant and apartment was perfectly clean abd had everything we needed... would definitely stay again

Cons: The noise of other guests in apartments by us.... and the workmen using a hammer drill every day on adjoining wall..

Pros: Amazing apartment in an amazing building.the location was yysuperb,I could walk across the road and over the sand dunes straight onto a beautiful clean beach to take my dog for walks!! So peaceful at night when ur walking round st.annes and felt very safe and that’s rare nowadays!! Also brilliant people who own there own holiday homes in the building so the best few days with my mum and dog!! I will be booking the same apartment or a different one if there free for the end of may for my mums birthday! Thankyou all so much 😁

Pros: Lovely little property for a last minute overnight stay. Clean and well equipped. Very cosy. Great communication from the host. Great location

Pros: Great apartment, small outdoor space, very well situated and appointed, lovely and clean and great facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Pros: Absolutely delightful. Agent made contact with queries immediately. Across the road from the beach & short walk around the corner to the town. Just fabulous.
