Lovely staff, clean room have booked again for summer!

Pros: Lovely clean rooms, everything you need for a short stay! Staff were really lovely and friendly. I have rebooked for an event in summer!

Cons: Bit of a walk into the centre but wasn’t an issue for us

Pros: A great budget option a short walk away from the centre of Liverpool. Miele was friendly and welcoming, making sure I had all the information needed for things like door codes, keys and check-out.

Pros: Great location. You can walk to the Adelphi in 20 minutes. Go the Oxford Street/ Mount Pleasant way - it's quiet, with stunning architecture along the way. The staff were great and helpful and Miele, the manager, was there whennI arrived with a lovely welcome. I really liked being here. The room was basic, but mostly quiet, with a great shower, lots of storage and warm. I slept well.

Cons: Ideally I would have liked a table lamp, or some sort of lesser lighting other than the overhead lights.

This is very good value accommodation and was for me ideally situated being near the University.

Pros: I provided my own breakfast. The room was fine, except for the chair which needed attention since it could only have the seat at the lowest possible level. The bathroom was fine except that when in the shower with the curtain pulled across the light kept going out so I had to wave y hand outside the curtain to turn it on again.

Pros: Good location close to the university. Clean and tidy room.

Pros: Liked how easy check in was, simplicity of the place. Good location as only a 20 minute walk into town. Very good price very reasonable.

Cons: The shower was very small not a lot of space but that's just preferences, it worked so that's the main thing. In need of new pillows.

The accommodation was good value, in a convenient location and it seemed clean and well serviced.

Pros: 1. The Location was close to a frequent bus service into the town centre 2. The room was clean and had everything I needed 3. I had plenty of pillows 4. Internet access was free and good quality

Cons: I found it difficult to communicate with the owners to say when I was arriving. I waited outside for some time to gain access. I found the air fresheners overpowering.

Good value budget option. Clean and with plenty of sockets, WiFi, and a good wardrobe.

Pros: There was plenty of storage and plenty of sockets. Such a bonus. In particular there was a perfectly sized small wardrobe with mirrored door with decent hangers. The decor was a little tired in places (mainly in the bathroom) but still perfectly reasonable considering that this was a budget option. More importantly it was very clean on arrival. The shower was hot and worked well. The heating was easy to use and worked fine. Wifi included which met all my needs. I was met on arrival by the friendly and helpful manager as arranged and given the basic information I needed about the keys to the room etc. No complaints.

Cons: The accommodation is about a mile from the start of the city centre and there is very little in the way of shops and facilities in between. I should have paid more attention to the booking and opted for the optional kitchen on top of the basic kettle with tea/coffee supplies.

A fantastic place and location

Pros: It was easy to check in and checkout. Place was clean and comfortable. Thanks for the welcome drinks much needed for the tiredness from conference.
