Had a lovely time will definitely be back.

Pros: Nice hotel, clean well equipped and comfortable .Breakfast was excellent. Been here before great location.

Cons: Bar closed quite early even for residents.

Pros: We have stayed several times and will go back. We get a room at the front with a view over the Green. Breakfast is excellent and food in the evening decent.

Cons: The parking is on the green opposite and has to be paid for. You have to be careful crossing the road as it's quite busy at times

Great location and staff

Pros: This property has a great location, a great at and good area and wonderfully friendly efficient staff. A great selection of beers and breakfast is excellent . Real value for money.

Cons: Rooms are slightly tired but have everything you need

Fabulous Hotel !

Pros: A fabulous hotel ! Beautiful room number 1 with very comfy four poster bed . Great decor I particularly liked the picture on the wall of the coastline . What a view that constantly changed with the day and the weather . The pub area downstairs was bustling and the breakfast immense , but the room was nice and quiet at night . Lytham is a wonderful open air location with it's iconic windmill and superb endless promenade . Some good wildlife such as the 5,000 or so geese out on the estuary . A delight ! 😀

A lovely stay in a great location

Pros: The location overlooking the estuary was excellent, the room was more than adequate and the breakfast cooked to order was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful, would willingly stay again

Cons: The floor in the bedroom was a bit wobbly
