Looks like they're having a refurbishment

Pros: When visiting friends and family in Liverpool I've always stayed here. Always friendly and helpful. Good to see that they're having a refurbishment atm - updating the bathroom into a walk-in shower a updating the heating. Very clean and tidy.

Cons: The only complaint I have is that I hope they update the T.V and maybe install USB charging in their sockets.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

Pros: The place was spot on,good location, very clean,comfortable room and great staff. It's not a posh hotel for sure,however it ticked all boxes for me and I felt very comfortable and safe.I definitely would recommend.

Overnight stay to visit friends.

Pros: Easy to book. It was very last minute, so I called to ensure it was actually available. I was told there was 24 hour reception, we arrived at 2:am. It was very quick and simple to check in. The bed was very comfey. There were additonal coffee and tea available in reception too. Great.
