The Glebe Hotel

Pros: The hotel was immaculate, lovely room, clean & tidy, and very comfortable. The night of our stay was very cold, but our room was lovely and warm throughout the night. The hotel is quite close to Anfield, about a 20 minute walk, which was convenient as we were attending a night time Liverpool game. The owner Paul was really helpful at check in, an absolute gentleman and very generous with his time. We had a car with us and parked nearby on Liston Street which had free parking, only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. I'll definitely stay in The Glebe again when going to a Liverpool match!

Over night stay for a football match

Pros: The owner met us at the door, showed us around, explained everything very clearly and was extremely helpful. The room was immaculately clean, the heating had been turned up to ensure it was warm and again the owner explained how the heating controls worked. The location to Anfield Stadium was spot on, just a 25 minute walk, which was perfect for our stay.

Cons: There was nothing about this hotel we disliked.

Perfect hotel!

Pros: This hotel is perfect for a stay in Liverpool, we was down to watch a game and was only a 10 mins cab from the main city and a short walk through the park to the football grounds which was ideal! Paul was friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again :)

Pros: Amazing host. Felt very very warmly welcomed and Paul is 10/10, clean room, comfortable bed, good size room, pub downstairs but not too noisy.

Cons: There was a random beeping sound every 2/3rd minute that kept on going.

Welcoming, quiet stay at a gorgeous property, and will be booking again!

Pros: Gorgeous architecture, very welcoming upon entering the building and well decorated inside. The owner was very friendly and helpful, suggested local places to grab some food and gave us a free upgrade. The room was well maintained, clean, had everything needed and more. Nice and quiet stay, would definitely book again!

Cons: Nothing to not like, it was all incredible.
