Fantastic staff at a very well presented, clean and comfortable hotel.

Pros: We arrived a little later after a long journey, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, they chatted to us and made us feel really at ease. The hotel itself was absolutely superb, we had booked a deal last minute in a rush and did not expect to arrive at such a fantastic hotel. It was so smart and clean, the room was large and spacious with everything we needed and the whole experience was really comfortable. We had a drink in the bar before heading to bed and we ended up booking breakfast as well which was easy to sort out and really good to start the day with. Check out was easy, parking was free.

Cons: It would have been better if we had been able to stay longer! But sadly we were only in the area for one night and had to get home. Honestly, the hotel and the staff were flawless, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Was perfect for our stay

Pros: From arriving check in was fast and the receptionist was excellent.The room was also excellent,bed,shower and the rest of the amenities.

Staff were excellent, polite friendly and efficient. Had everything we wanted.

Pros: Breakfast - a good selection and all tasting good. Room - clean, warm, spacious with all the facilities I needed, plenty of hot water with good pressure. Adequate wardrobe space. Bed - very comfortable. Car parking - enough good sized places. Bus stops near by.

Cons: Breakfast - please monitor usage - there were only two fried eggs left, a few spoonful's of scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Fresh fruit would be nice. Room - would have liked a sachet of hot chocolate on the tea tray. There were two noisy guests very late - guitar playing, singing, and another making threatening phone calls. Location - whilst next to motorway and very easy to get to, is a little distant from the city centre.

Lovely stay apart from the wandering drug addicts looking homeless.

Pros: We did not need breakfast as we was eating later, but when I asked the lovely staff behind reception for a few teabags in the morning she let me use the tea drinking facility’s. Very much appreciated.

Cons: Well the hotel is lovely the staff excellent the only negative was the wandering homeless people around the inside and outside the hotel. My sister was approached in the lift and whilst I was outside I was approached by 3 men who looked drugged ip hassling me for cigarettes, we was shocked to see them wanting around the hotel it did make us feel uneasy at times.
