Amazing property, would book again and again

Pros: Comfortable and cosy house, beautiful views of farm land. Great garden with lots of space, bbq, chairs and table all provided. Everything was super, the house is very spacious and the hosts were very accommodating. Local shop less than 5 mins away too. We will be back again!

Beautiful stay would highly recommend!!!

Pros: The cows coming to say hello, the tranquillity of the stay it was so peacefull the only problem we had is that we didnt want to go home!

Perfect family break

Pros: We loved our new year stay in this cosy farmhouse cottage! The cottage was spotless and is in a peaceful location, with a lovely pub down the road and not too far to drive to lytham and Blackpool. Hot tub was set up and ready to use which was brilliant and the kids particularly enjoyed the sheep running past the garden at breakfast time! There were so many extra touches with flips flops and towels for the hot tub to milk and biscuits in the kitchen. The kids loved all of the boardgames provided. Jayne was a very friendly host and we can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely, cosy cottage with amazing garden. Ideal for families.

Pros: Newton Hall Farm Cottage is the ideal place to stay for families. Our kids (and dog) absolutely loved the garden which was a big enclosed green space with amazing views. The cottage has an array of restaurants and takeaways on hand and is a short drive to Lytham, St Anne's, Blackpool or Poulton. There is also a great children's park 5 mins walk away. The property had lots of amenities to make us feel comfortable including towels, tea & coffee, shower products, board games, dog bedding and flip flops. The property itself is a really cosy home and we didn't want to leave.

Fabulous thru out !

Pros: This stay was fabulous tranquil, and sooo chilled 18 th celebrating for my granddaughter It was perfect Owner is lovley n polite / very helpful Clean and beautiful cottage very spacious Hot tub was amazing My 3 teenage granddaughters loved it Definitely be booking again

Pros: Everything. The property exceeded our expectations in all aspects. There were so many little touches which made our stay easier, from flip flops for the hot tub to the delicious biscuits on arrival. We loved our stay and cannot rate it highly enough.
