Very relaxed didn't want to leave

Pros: This cottage was amazing very well equipped and spotless to the highest standard , beds were so comfy and immaculate, really felt so homely and relaxed from the minute we arrived stepping out of the door onto the canal admiring beautiful swans and lovely canal walk , spacious area for the dogs and very safe a credit to the owners

Central location for a great break

Pros: Lovely spot. Easy to travel to other places. Hosts were excellent - responded immediately when we needed help and gave us great local advice. Cottage was lovely.

Cons: Pillows and chairs in living room a bit uncomfortable. Trivets in kitchen would protect the units from any potential damage. Mirror in second bedroom needed.

Loved our short stay en route to Scotland from south coast. Couldn’t have been more perfect

Pros: The cottage was fabulous. Lovely decor & high quality throughout. Super layout with bright and spacious kitchen / diner and separate snug lounge with views towards the adjacent canal. Upstairs 2 super bedrooms and en suite - again with views of the canal. We all instantly felt at home.

We had a lovely comfortable stay and would highly recommend.

Pros: Very well appointed, lovely and comfortable cottage by the side of the canal. The cottage was warm and the temperatures could be adjusted in each room to suit. Actually the weather was warm and sunny, so we reduced the room temperatures.

Cons: It was a bit of a fiddle logging in each tv to the various internet based channels. Anyone not familiar with iPlayer, ITVX etc might have difficulty, but once done it was fine. Good internet.

Beautiful cottage

Pros: Beautiful cottage, much bigger than expected. Spotlessly clean, modern, and well equipped.

Cons: The only negative was that it was quite hard to find in the dark, but we rang Elizabeth and Paul, and they were able to direct us.

A perfect find.

Pros: A beautifully presented cottage, modern but keeping the homely cottage feel. Well stocked kitchen, with a lovely welcome gift. Elizabeth and Paul answered all communication promptly and were very friendly.
