Really nice property. The hosts have done a great job renovating the property.

Pros: Great Location, really good access to the promenade, the town center.

Cons: Only small downside to the location, you are directly opposite a pub. It can be a little noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Comfortable and homely but the pub across drops things a little.

Pros: House was really comfortable and spacious for the 5 of us. Felt at home inside . Very clean

Cons: Lack of a tumble dryer. The pub opposite was loud all week but really loud on Saturday night.

Highly recommended and we will be back

Pros: The house is perfect, everything we needed, and the work they have put into it is amazing. It’s close to the beach and shops etc. managed to park outside.

Cons: We didn’t know there was a bar opposite, but once inside you couldn’t really hear it. My family thought the beds were really comfy but I have osteoarthritis in my hip so mattress was to hard for me but that’s my issue.

Pros: Exceptionally well stocked, didn't need a thing! Beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. Couldn't fault it in anyway. The location was central and by a nice place on the beach

Pros: Great location, clean, and facilities - the outside patio area was lovely and quiet on a sunny day. I had several questions for the owner prior to our visit, which was all dealt with promptly.

Like a home from home, excellent

Pros: Modern, clean with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious for the 5 of us. Good location, next to town centre and short walk from beach and promenade.

Comfortable stay for 5 plus dog

Pros: House recently refurbished to an excellent standard. Comfortable and warm for 5 people. Secure back garden for our dog - host provided treats, bowl etc which was nice. Parking permit appreciated. Close to the promenade and beach. Close to morecambe town centre.

Cons: Nothing, was great.
