Lovely long weekend family getaway

Pros: The cottage is lovely - everything you could need & extra touches like games and the courtyard, the information booklet told you everything you needed to know

A lovely little cottage, with everything you could need for your stay.

Pros: Close to the promenade, shops and pubs for evening meal

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

It was relaxing and comfortable

Pros: Cottage was near to the prom and was in a quiet street. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host responded quickly to any queries. The beds were comfortable. There was a shared courtyard at the back and the neighbours were friendly, one person recommended a local garage, which was very helpful.

Cons: A previous guest had lost the parking permit so we didn’t have one, so had to park the car a few streets away. The host did offer to pay for us to use a car park but we didn’t do this, preferring to use free on street parking a short walk away

Convenient, comfortable cottage for a lovely stay.

Pros: Easy to find and close to amenities. Smart, attractive rooms. Bigger than it looks from the outside. Friendly, helpful neighbours who share the courtyard garden. Kitchen is well equipped with all you might need.

Cons: Pity the parking permit had been lost or taken by previous occupant. Free parking nearby so dropped off luggage or shopping and then used that. Not much storage space in bedrooms so lived out of suitcases.

Pros: The cottage is in a very convenient location. Close to the sea, train station and Morrisons supermarket It is quiet at night and has all the items you will need away from your own house. The only problem we encountered was the cold bathroom. There is a big radiator, but you could feel wind on your body during the shower. Anyway we had a nice enjoyable stay. Highly recommended 👌 👍

perfectly placed for visiting family and friends

Pros: it was warm and cosy and perfect for my self and my partner . 10 mins walk from station and 10 mins from family and friends living in Morecombe . While also being central to shops and restaurants

Cons: bath was a little difficult for me to get in and out of to use the shower as bathroom a little cramped . The sofas where a bit low

Pros: The location was good, clean house and when needed to contact host got reply straight back
