Regent Docks-Free Parking

Very nice overall.

Pros: - Very affordable if booking in advance - Room modern, clean and spacious with large smart TV - Very nice kitchen stocked with most equipment needed for cooking - Easy access to city centre via Oriel Road train station

Cons: - Immediate area a bit out of the way and off-putting visually, with a strange smell coming from the industry on the docks, however this didn’t bother me when inside. - The kitchen could use a few more staples and a more regular clean. - Stairs are steep and narrow, would recommend asking for a room on the lowest floor possible if you have a lot of luggage.

Pros: Doesn’t look half as good from the outside, but great facility! Very modern facilities within the property - kitchen, apartment (and extendable leather sofa), bathroom, washing machine room…

Memorable

Pros: Kitchen was lush, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very modern and room looked incredible. Great value for money.

Cons: Location was a little far but that’s not the properties fault

Pros: The room was very nice, gave us everything we needed. The communal kitchen space had everything we needed. Met the cleaning staff at one point and she was incredibly friendly. The location was somewhat convenient to the train station.

Cons: There was no iron which would have been nice. One of the 2 washing machines didn't work properly but there was no sign to let guest know. I only learnt it didn't work after using it and half my clothes hadn't been washed at all and the other half were drenched.

Overall decent, comfortable property

Pros: Overall clean, comfortable, private, good value, spacious room, good facilities.

Cons: A few rogue hairs in bed on arrival but otherwise spotless room, stuck sink plughole but easily fixed. Location is in the middle of industrial estate but it is within 10-15 minutes (drive) of Liverpool City Centre with good access to services.

Pros: They are quick to respond to my call and emails. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing much.
