Perfect family base

Pros: The property was very welcoming, spacious, and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as plastic cutlery for the kids. The beds were very comfortable, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others. Being a Victorian property, some aspects may feel a little dated, but this is part of its character and didn’t impact our stay.

Cons: Just a couple of very small details, such as the windowsills and blinds could be cleaner, but nothing that affected our stay at all.

Pros: The property was just as described and perfect for our weekend in Liverpool which included an LFC game. It was clean and warm and well equipped. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

I would definitely return

Pros: Communication is excellent! The cleanest of the accommodations I have ever been in holidays or short stays. Before arriving, we were a bit worried about parking. There were plenty of places available to park free on the same street, but every time there was place in front of the property. Kitchen- It took me a 10 minutes scroll on youtube to learn how to use it, that is because I was not use to it. Otherwise, I found all we needed Bathroom and shower- very modern, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner available and lots of towels. Very comfortable sofas and beds.

Cons: I try to think hard because at best there is a minor thing which is all related to the building which cannot be changed. The staircase is turning as a spiral with the bathroom located a few stairs down from where the first floor bedrooms are. If you don’t have mobility issues, this is not a problem.

Great stay

Pros: The location was excellent, completely as described. Street was quiet, good amount of parking, felt safe, local amenities plentiful. Excellent communication!!!!!

Cons: Nothing, all was as described.

Highly Recommended Stay In A Lovely City

Pros: Our family of three had an enjoyable stay, thank you. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite the historic age of the house, the inside is modern and thoughtfully furnished. Parking was also easy and the neighbourhood quiet, with friendly neighbours who came out to tell us it was alright to park outside their houses. Throughout our stay, we felt safe and very much at home. Our host, Alessandra was contactable, responsive and welcoming. Communication was clear. A highly recommended home-stay for travellers. If we visit Liverpool again (which we like very much), we will certainly stay at this accommodation.

A wonderful home in a location with great links to the rest of Liverpool with public transport.

Pros: Alessandra has put a lot of time and effort into setting her home up to be a wonderful place to base oneself for exploring Liverpool. Little touches like the shampoo and shower gel in a dispenser in the bathroom were very welcome. The beds were comfortable and sheets freshly cleaned. We were very happy with the home.

Cons: Not something that Alessandra could help as it is the style of home, but the bathroom opens directly onto the stair case which could cause some nerves amongst families with younger children.

Amazing property local info left for us tea coffee on arrival and close to bus stops and train station

Pros: You could smell the cleanliness as you opened the door spacious rooms and little touches like sachets of milk coffee teabags as we all need a cuppa after a long journey and don’t always stop for milk first. Information leaflet on table nearest shops train station bus stops and house rules which was a fantastic help and things to do leaflets best place we’ve stayed so far and very good communication with the owner if I go to Liverpool again I would choose this house

Nice House and Great for access to Liverpool

Pros: Very tidy and well appointed. Close to railway station and cheap to get into Liverpool. Parking outside.

Cons: Nothing about the property as it’s spot on but Council could do with cleaning the street.

Pros: Location great for Anfield. 10mins in a taxi to center. Quiet area, shops just around the corner. Our daughters loved the house & garden. Beautiful flowers & tress, wee candles that lit up at night. Our daughters loved the shower dispenser & the postbag. Water, milk & ice cubes left for us & plenty of crockery etc.
