A warm welcome to a fabulous property in an ideal location for exploring the Southern Lakes.

Pros: We popped into the local pub to collect the keys are and were accompanied to the property. It was all very easy and Charlotte was really helpful

Fantastic

Pros: Perfect location for exploring the lake district. Very comfy cottage and very clean. Hotel food was amazing and staff were very kind. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Nice cottage, very clean. Everything needed included. Nice and quiet spot but short drive to places of interest ( coniston, Windermere, cartmel, grange over sands all easy drive ) food at the pub was good and really nice dining area. The jet spa bath was great after a long day walking. Parking spot at the back of cottage is a little tight to turn around and you have to be careful pulling out. But can always park on pub carpark if you don't fancy parking at the back.

Relaxing break on the Lake district peninsula

Pros: Modern interior, comfortable, friendly staff, pub/food next door.. A couple of initial, unavoidable issues dealt with quickly and efficiently. . Small enclosed space for dogs. Lovely location.

Cons: Nothing about actual property but we felt a car was needed as we had two dogs and buggy, and didn't find any suitable walking routes around property that weren't directly on the road (no pavements)
