Pros: Absolutely lovely place. We based ourselves here for a midweek family winter wedding and were very happy with the comfort, warmth and facilities. We loved Cartmel - Cheese and wine shops, vintage store, walks and priory. The owner was super helpful too. Heartily recommend,

Cons: Hot water didn’t last for two consecutive showers/baths.

Pros: Quite location. Great conversion of Byre to living accommodation , lovely beams, lots of space and light and a rear courtyard with tables and chairs and table at front. Lovely comfortable beds and bedding. Fantastic shower.

Cons: I think if there was to be a full house a downstairs toilet would be good. Didn’t want to leave 😆

Pros: Great location, nice and quiet. Lovely scenery. The owner gave us some prosecco, sticky toffee pudding and cream as a welcome gift.

Cons: There could have been more toilet paper provided for the stay. Other than that, no complaints.

Cosy cottage, quiet but close to amenities.

Pros: Lovely, quiet location. Accommodation contained what we needed for a short break. Comfy beds and seating in lounge. Milk, Prosecco & local sticky toffee pudding a great welcome.

Cons: Info sometimes confusing coming from Skye Cottages. I missed info that towels weren't provided. Owner kindly lent us some.
