Beach house

We had a great Christmas here with the whole family!

Pros: This house is wonderfully located, it's a very small walk to the beach over the sand dunes. There are also two locations not too far away for restaurants and bars if eating out.

Cons: The house was a little run down but served it's purpose very well!

Huge house great for a family get together

Pros: The house is huge and beautiful, and very clean.The host had put Xmas decorations up, which made us feel extra welcomed. There were lots of homely touches all over, including a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and soft furnishings. A great tv in the living room with a sky box, a lovely separate formal dining room...I could go on. The location is also great, minutes from the beach and a short walk to the metro station to go into Liverpool centre. Lots of other amenities also a moderate walk away.

Cons: The house is a bit tired, so maybe not for those expecting very modern, ultra polished accomodation. This was not a problem for us as we loved the comfortable, lived in feel. There are also only two bathrooms, which could be an issue for larger groups.

Very large house with plenty of rooms near the beach

Pros: Very large property and very clean. Will stay again!

Cons: Nothing to report.

Works perfectly for a large group. Beach walks and short taxi ride to Liverpool centre.

Pros: Short taxi ride to Liverpool town centre. A great place to stay with a group of uni friends for a get together. Lots of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. Close to the beach and the Loft House, a short walk away, is great for Sunday brunch or lunch.

Pros: Beautiful spacious house in a great location, plenty of parking and well equipped

Family gathering, would happily use again in the future

Pros: Comms from owner was great. They got back to me.very quickly. The house was huge and very capable of taking our large family group. We particularly liked the large dining area which meant we could enjoy breakfast together.

Cons: House was a little shabby in places, a bit of damp here and there and the blinds weren't great at keeping light out in the mornings.

Pros: House very big and spacious, lots of room for all of us and was also very clean with comfy beds

Cons: House does need updating and redecorating

Great place a for a large group on the outskirts of Liverpool. would definitely use this venue again

Pros: this property was perfect for a large group, everything we need from a venue. close to the beach and local shops.

Cons: only downside was that there was only 2 bathrooms in the property, for a large number of people.

Pros: Fantastic location near beach Big comfortable house

Great as a big, reasonably priced place for a group

Pros: A huge property great for our large group, really close to the beach and not too far from the train station into the city (10-15min walk). Didn't cook but well equipped for cups and mugs etc.

Cons: A couple of little issues like bedroom doors having to be propped shut, and showers not draining properly. Nothing that impacted our stay but just minor things that need addressing, house is generally just a little tired in that way.
