We all had a great time as a family at the house for my sons birthday thanks again

Pros: It was a beautiful well looked after house would use again if it wasn’t getting sold

Cons: Couple of sockets not working

Bispham House.

Pros: House was very welcoming modern clean and in a great Location .

Cons: Nothing everything was just perfect.

Comfortable and clean and welcoming.

Pros: The location was ideal for the front at Bispham. Plenty of transport links and local shops and a Salisbury around the corner. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need.

Cons: This stay was the end of the season at the property and has to be taken into account. There were places inside that needed a little attention and the garden needed weeding at the front and side.

We really liked the property and would stay there again.

Pros: It was lovely and clean when we arrived.It was nice to have an enclosed garden area for our dog.

Great location!

Pros: We loved the location in relation to the beach, trams, takeaways and the supermarket. Moved the car once which meant that we walked everywhere and everything was within easy distance

Cons: This is not a criticism - just an observation. Someone entered the garden area whilst we were at the property to put the bins/recycling out but we were unaware that this was going to happen. Our dog is very nervous and anxious and, luckily, we were able to stop him from going out into the garden when he heard the gate. Most dogs are friendly enough but ours needs some significant training and time (rescue dog) before he can mix with people. We would have been happy to put stuff on the pavement if we'd had the info

Pros: Exceptionally clean and modern. Loads of room and tastefully decorated.

Cons: Not a thing!

Excellent base for a group stay in the area

Pros: Really good location (a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and also the trams) and the house is clean and well arranged. Very simple check in makes the stay a pleasure too.

Cons: Very little.

Enjoyable family trip

Pros: Excellent communication from the host, good location and house is spacious. There were plenty of supplies for us to use for the duration of our stay and instructions helped. Beds upstairs are comfortable, the washer and dryer are a bonus. Thank you and yes we would consider returning.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell as we walked into the property (however, as we were out for most of the days, it didn't really affect us until we got back). Maybe have an auto air freshener or scent diffusers to help. Sofa and carpets could do with replacing or a deep clean and downstairs bedroom mattress wasn't that comfortable (could feel the springs). We want to stress that this is no reflection on the host and purely what we feel could be done to improve the stay, hence why we've given 8/10, if these minor things were addressed would definitely give a 10.
