Pros: Lovely warm, modern, well decorated, spacious house in a convenient location for accessing Bispham's very good selection of shops and eateries, the prom, beach and tram stop. We enjoyed walking to Blackpool with the dog and catching the tram back. Lovely to have 2 bathrooms The Bispham illuminations along the prom were excellent.

Cons: Would be good to have some kind of screen opposite the kitchen window to provide privacy and a better view.

Smart, modern, comfortable, well-equipped and handy for the locality.

Pros: This is a smart comfortable house with modern refurbishment and it is a good size for 4 adults. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided useful information in advance. There is a bathroom on the upper floor which has level access from one of the bedrooms if needed. There is a useful shower room downstairs with a toilet, though no bedroom downstairs so this house might not be suitable for a guest unable to climb to the first floor. The kitchen was very well-equipped and everything in it is new, though coffee-drinkers may wish to bring their own press or filter jug as there isn't one provided yet. It was usually possible to park right outside where there is free street parking. Less than ten minutes' walk away you can find a large supermarket, seafront with well-maintained level promenades for walking, plus the tram stop and a variety of places to eat out.

Cons: At the front of the house there is medium-flow traffic so light sleepers might be disturbed by occasional cars passing at night, but with the window shut it wasn't much of an issue. Don't be put off by the pictures of strange-looking armchairs in the living room - they are more comfortable than they appear to be!
