Lovely host very friendly and a lovely farmhouse

Pros: It was near the wedding we were attending and set in a beautiful farmhouse. The host Lauren was so lovely and accommodating We didn’t feel like we were in someone else’s house. We had our own lounge area which overlooks beautiful countryside Lauren even took the time to show me her horses in the morning The property was very clean and we were supplied with tea and coffee facilities and lovely biscuits

Cons: Everything was good so no complaints

Pros: Beautiful room and living room area to relax in, secure on site parking, very quiet and plenty of space to exercise the dogs, host couldn’t have been more helpful

Pros: Host was very helpful explaining everything and lending us plates and cutlery so we could make dinner. Great that decaf coffee was supplied. Lovely sitting room for relaxing in with views over farmland

Pros: Lauren is an exceptional host. She made the stay very comfortable. The property and surrounding area is stunning. I would highly recommend.

Nice chilled

Pros: Nicely furnished , homely , Room and sitting room to use. Location is good , lovely pubs in the area Host Lauren was wonderful and very kind , generally a very nice person We could’ve sat in the sitting room all day it was so relaxing Fridge was a lovely touch , tea and coffee Books to read and some good humoured books too Even provided with some Croissants in the morning which was very kind and appreciated

Great place to stay. Good hosts but not sold correctly.

Pros: Great friendly hosts. Comfortable bed. In spite of the adjacent motorway it was quiet. Great to have a good lounge area, if a bit tatty -- I sat there and worked for a while. In spite of my grumbles, there is more good than bad and I'll be back if I need accommodation in the area.

Cons: The place didn't live up to the photographic hype. It should be marketed as a letting room in a working equestrian set-up. That way the slightly scruffy entrance, complete with mop bucket, would be part of the charm rather than a bit of a shock. I couldn't get the TV to work, and I'm reasonably savvy -- too late in the day to ask for help.

Perfect little getaway

Pros: Lauren (the owner) is extremely amicable, approachable and goes out of her way to cater for your needs. We even received home made pain au chocolat pastries on arrival and old style fresh bottled milk and water in the on site fridge. The property is beautiful and has stunning views, especially if you have a passion for horses, as there's a small equestrian centre on site. It's a perfect location, tranquil and set in lovely countryside so if you have dogs (the property is pet friendly) it's great for walks. We will definitely be returning.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
