Pros: Well situated just off the motorway and very near Blackburn Rovers ground, made an ideal base for a weekend around that area, accommodated us with ground floor rooms which was helpful as my friend has mobility problems

A pleasant stay. We have stayed here before and we will stay again.

Pros: Room and breakfast were fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was very well heated, in fact I turned the heating off as the room was too warm.

Cons: The shower in the morning was not very good. I couldn’t regulate the water to achieve a comfortable temperature. I was either in danger of getting scalded, or freezing. The water kept going from scalding to very cold without me touching the “controls”!

Excellent over night stay for Ewood Park

Pros: Breakfast was satisfactory but staff starting to clear away as it was 8.45am Very early 7-9 am on a Saturday Food in the evening was excellent tasty and great value The staff went out of their way to contact me later as I had left an item in the room - excellent staff communication- thanks

Cons: Nothing - was all very acceptable for the price The only criticism is the hot water was only warm in the bath
