Pros: Excellent breakfast. Excellent owners. The only thing was the room was too small,but we knew that when we booked. As we were rather late booking for the new year. The area and parking was excellent. We would come again. Would just ask for a bigger room. Therr

Pros: It was a great location. Also we knocked on the door when we arrived in Blackpool to see if we could leave our luggage and come back later to check in, but we weretold our room was all ready for us so we were able to check in early. Great, variation of breakfast.

Pros: It was cosy, bedroom nive size and bed comfortable. Cellar bar excellent, breakfast was good , host was pleasant and polite value for money

Cons: It bit dated, was on 3rd floor so a little trek upstairs, no parking which l was led to believe on booking. Cost £27 for 2 days in car park next door.

Pros: The room was small but very nice. The beds were so comfortable which ensured I had a good night sleep. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to your taste. Close to the front and entertainment

Fab stay

Pros: Comfortable beds,rooms have iron-ironing board,hairdryer,kettle (tea and coffee)good wardrobe (plenty of hangers)...very good cookbreakfast also includes cereal and yogurt ect...hosts are very polite...the large bar situated in the cellar is a little gem serving regular beers and real ale and from 9 oclock at the weekend the landlady sings(ex cabaret singer) and also invites you to sing on the karaoke in between songs...BnB-BEER-CABARET-DISCO-KARAOKE-all rolled in one...GREAT VALUE...and if you're peckish has nice oven bottom cheese n onion Barms....

Would recommend staying here, friendly owners, wonderful breakfast

Pros: Friendly owners Lovely breakfast (selection of cereal and full cooked options pre ordered the night before) Great location, 5 mins from town centre Less than 10 minutes from Tower….could actually see the tower from my breakfast table

Cons: No dislikes However our room was one of the top rooms so if you have difficulty with stairs definitely specify you need to have 1 on the first floor

Pros: The property is quaint but has character and is very clean with comfortable beds. It was like stepping back in time! Proprietor was lovely.
