Pros: The beds was very comfortable and Nikki and Josh was very friendly, helpful and polite. The heater wasn't working in our room but they provided us with a small plug in heater which worked just as good so no problems there.

Cons: One guest was a wheelchair user although was accessible to the entrance with a ramp that was available the wheelchair kept getting caught in between the gaps. But overall was a very pleasant stay and we are extremely satisfied.

Great bargain for the room size & location

Pros: The price of the room was very good value for one night. The room was very clean and a decent size for us both. The location was perfect as we didn't have to walk too far to get to the seafront. We even got an amazing view of the tower from our room so it was nice watching the lights as we returned from the switch on event in the comfort of the beds. The bathroom was also very nice and clean and also spacious.

Excellent service and attention to detail; we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Especially at such short notice…

Pros: Friendly management that went out of their way to help. With 45 minutes notice we couldn’t have asked for anything better

Cons: Slightly outdated but didn’t affect anything for us as we weren’t really there

Pros: Staff very friendly and excellent customer service if you needed anything. Rooms clean, plenty of pillows and a fan provided as we choose the hottest weekend to stay 🙈

Owners are lovely

Pros: The owners was lovely, very kind and helpful, nothing was to much for them. Hotel is going through a renovation at the moment, excited to come bk when completed. 🙂

Cons: Rooms just need a little attention to detail with the cleaning, as the cups wasn't cleaned.
